In an ideal world you would allow 10-15 working days for the initial processing of your mortgage application. During this time the lender will assess your application and have a survey carried out on the property you intend to mortgage.

There are times when you need to arrange your mortgage quickly... and in this situation we can help. By linking with the lenders own systems we are able to obtain initial agreement for your mortgage the same day and usually arrange for your survey to be instructed within 24-hours.

What if you need to Exchange Contracts quickly?

We have established agreements with some of the leading UK mortgages lenders, with whom we are able to complete the entire mortgage application process and provide a formal Mortgage Offer within seven working days. Once you have a Mortgage Offer you will be in a position to Exchange Contracts just a soon as you and your Solicitor are ready. Our "Express Service" is available to all of our clients and does not incur additional charges. Please note: This service is only available to clients with a genuine need for an urgent mortgage offer. The number of lenders who are able to process mortgage applications within such a short period is limited.
