Then we can usually arrange your mortgage with no broker fee.

Mortgage brokers receive a commission payment for arranging most mortgages and we don't believe in charging our clients unneccesary fees.

Borrowing less than £75,000?

For smaller mortgages we charge a modest fee of £199 to supplement the lower level of commission we receive from the mortgage lender. This fee is agreed before we start the research for your mortgage.

Why do we need to charge a fee?

Lenders pay mortgage brokers a commission for placing business based on the mortgage amount borrowed. Where the borrowing is below £75,000 the commission is modest. By charging a fee is it is viable for us to offer a full advice and application service to those clients borrowing less money.
