Our background

Smaart Associates was established to provide clients within the UK with professional mortgage services. Our aim has always been to make arranging a mortgage easy by providing sensible mortgage advice and an excellent level of customer service. We believe that we provide one of the best mortgage services in the UK, as do many of our customers who not only return to us time and time again but who also recommend us on a regular basis.

Impartial Advice

Will I receive impartial advice?

In a word YES, we work for you not the lender. We will only recommend a mortgage or remortgage if that is the best option for you. Our job is to find you the right mortgage or remortgage product and the reason for our recommendation will be confirmed in writing to you.

Whole of Market

We are not restricted by the number or type of mortgage company we can recommend. As a whole of market mortgage broker we work hard to find the best mortgage scheme available from the whole mortgage market.

We are able to arrange mortgage with all lenders who accept business from mortgage Brokers.

When you first contact us we will discuss your requirements and make a recommendation to suit your personal situation. When presenting your recommendation we will provide you with all the information you need to make a decision about your mortgage. When you are ready to apply for your mortgage we will assist you with the application and deal with the mortgage lender on your behalf during the application process.
