Definitions and our fee's:

Exclusive Mortgage Products: The term " Exclusive Mortgages" are those which are available through Smaart Associates and a limited number of other mortgage brokers.

Our service is usually available with no broker fee:

*We arrange mortgages from £75,000 to £5,000,000 with no broker fee. We simply keep the commission paid to us by the mortgage lender.

At our descretion we are able to arrange mortgages below £75,000 subject to an administration fee of £99. We also keep the commission paid to us by the mortgage lender.

Where a mortgage lender does not pay us a commission, we may still be able to process your mortgage application subject to a typical fee of £299.
